PURPOSE
The Bot Analytics Dashboard provides detailed statistical reports on the performance of all bots in your account — showing how effectively they engage customers, contain conversations without escalation, and match user intents. This article explains how to access the dashboard, configure it, and interpret the available report types.
NOTE: The Bot Analytics Dashboard is the legacy reporting interface within the Bot module. For the newer, visually updated experience, use Unified Analytics for Bot.

ACCESSING THE BOT ANALYTICS DASHBOARD
- From the Application Bar, click Analytics.
- Click Dashboard.
DASHBOARD LAYOUT
The Analytics Dashboard consists of widget spaces arranged in rows:
- Top row: four small widget spaces (snapshots and summary metrics)
- Bottom two rows: large widget spaces (trend graphs showing data over time)
Each user's dashboard is independent — adding or removing reports on your dashboard does not affect other users.
